Q: What is your returns policy?
A: Merchandise may be returned in new (mint) condition within 15 days of
receipt (we allow for reasonable delays caused by shipping time) for a full refund or credit (less shipping/handling) . Some items
classified as “Special Order” require a 15% restocking fee. Any
product that is non-returnable will state so in the product description or
the purchaser will be notified of this in advance of shipment.

supplied materials — instructions, warranty cards, original accessories,
hardware, and any software provided.
4. Merchandise must be securely packaged
and insured for the full retail value. Island Eyepiece And Telescope Ltd. is not responsible for
lost or damaged packages. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the
customer. You will receive a full refund or credit (less shipping and handling)
if all the above conditions are met.
